guake-indicator software package provides Guake terminal app indicator that lets you ssh into your favourite hosts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install guake-indicator
guake-indicator is installed in your system.
Make ensure the guake-indicator package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep guake-indicator *
You will get with guake-indicator package name, version, architecture and description in a table
